Flavio's career in senior living started from the ground up. Beginning as a dining room server in 2009, he discovered a deep calling in caring for older adults and quickly advanced through roles as a caregiver, medication technician, and Resident Care Coordinator.
That hands-on foundation led to a role as Business Office Director, where he managed billing, payroll, and partnered closely with leadership on community operations. In 2015 he was promoted to Executive Director—a position he held for over a decade, overseeing operations, mentoring teams, and building lasting relationships with residents and their families.
His guiding principle throughout: every resident deserves to be cared for as if they were family. That belief now drives his work as a Senior Advisor, where he combines nearly two decades of real-world experience with genuine compassion to help families navigate Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
